Join the Sedona Method’s online community now for free! It’s another form of emotional releasing, but devoid of the tapping on meridian points found in EFT. I use it when I’m in a public setting and don’t feel comfortable tapping. Also, there are a lot of insights into the nature of emotions, resistance, etc., that I find fits in very nicely with EFT. It’s ok to mix and match all different styles to find the perfect niche for you! Take care, and be well!
