I learned the meaning of life while I was in an EFT session with my mentor and coach, Sid Harris. The words sunk in and haven’t left me since, and if anything, the truth has only grown. I encourage you to really open your heart and mind and explore what I have to say on this video. Yes, the meaning of life is really found in a fun children’s song, and the simplicity might just be the biggest hurdle to overcome. Enjoy!
So what did you think? Do you agree, is the meaning of life really that simple? I look forward to your comments, be well!

Very sweet Nathan! I had never really thought about the song that way before ; ). But you are absolutely correct, no matter what is happening in the ‘life dream’, we can merrily, gently row our boats and let go of anything else in the moment… feel the spaciousness and calm that’s always here, always now.
Abraham talks about how life is like a moving river. Most of us want to get into our row boats and row upstream against the current. But the fastest way to happiness is to let go of the oars and float merrily down stream. Debbie Lattuga recently posted..Is Love Holding You Back
Thanks Debbie! You’re right, the fastest way to happiness IS to let go and follow the current, but as I’m sure you know, it’s tough to do with our current subconscious programming… and I’m sure you also know, EFT is a powerful way to reprogram ourselves so that we CAN let go of those darn oars!

Awww, thanks Lynne! I love your Sedona Method imagery, very peaceful and here in the now…the stream only gets bumpy when we resist it! Be well Lynne!
