Beyond Boundaries: Why we Unconsciously Create the Need for Them – EFT w/ Nathan Martin

In previous videos we discussed what boundaries are and are not, and tapped out misunderstandings in regards to them. However, in this video, we discuss the limiting belief pattern that makes boundaries a necessity to our survival, and then we generically tap on the belief. Deep down, the chaos in the world around us, and especially in those close to us, bothers us–for it reminds us of us. So we find ways to disconnect from, or fix, their chaotic lives; to help us feel that we’re in order. Think of it as a type of OCD, where we fix others and put them “in order” to avoid our own inner disorder, but if we instead seek to uncover and unify our own chaos within, we can finally see a new reality reflected back to us–that of trust.
Letting Go: the Movie

The Sedona Method was my first peek into the world of increasing self-awareness, the benefits of integrating past traumas, and letting go of limiting beliefs. I later integrated many of the tips and tricks from it into EFT, which greatly increased my personal self-awareness, and that of my clients. I highly recommend the Sedona Method book, movie (which is free on their web site), and overall process.

Tap Out the Limiting Belief that Setting Boundaries is NOT Loving – EFT w/ Nathan Martin

For some people, setting boundaries can be a guilt ridden affair, as they feel punishing and unloving by setting healthy limits. It is usually the tyrants and dictators of the family that seem to have no problem setting boundaries, so an association is made in the brain between limits and being a callous and unloving jerk. The problem is, tyrants do not set healthy limits, they are controlling and hot tempered, they demonstrate that they are feeling tremendously powerless by acting in such a way.

Misconceptions About Boundaries – EFT Session w/ Nathan Martin

It is important to realize that limits and boundaries never tell a person what to do, nor do they punish people for not doing it our way, setting limits is telling people what we will and will not do, and allowing natural consequences to do the rest. Again, natural consequences is NOT a punishment! Example: […]

The Evil Tongue: Gossip

“Lashon Hara [gossip] is worse than murder. One who murders, murders but one; however, one who speaks lashaon hara kills three: the one who speaks it, the one who hears it, and the one of whom it is spoken.” ~Talmud Arachin 15b
Gandhi Groups: Chemtrails

One topic that keeps coming back into my awareness is that of Chemtrails; a chemical trail that comes from aircraft spraying toxic chemicals in a criss cross pattern over major cities, and beyond. Learn how to take your power back in the face of a powerless situation.
Misconceptions About Surrender

There is a misconception within many westernized Tantric communities on the meaning of the word “surrender” and how it applies to men and women. It is thrown around and used as a divine form of submission, especially as a proof of how much a woman trusts her man; to surrender to his divinely masculine love […]

Secure & Insecure – Part 2

Secure people make decisions for themselves and others because they know that they are `good` or `better` than others. Insecure people are afraid to make decisions for themselves because they believe they are `not good enough`. Both are actually vibrating with the energy of insecurity, the only difference is that one is internalizing and the other is projecting.
