EFT with Children, Do’s and Don’ts

I just got done reading an article at EFT Tapping Techniques called EFT with Children – Do’s and Don’ts, and I feel it is noteworthy enough to pass on to you.

I just recently went through a really helpful tapping session with my son, he is twelve years old, however, when I attempted to do the same with my daughter, who is ten, she was defensive and felt embarrassed.  I didn’t press the issue, as I could lose all credibility with her fast if she felt forced into it.  She watched from the sidelines as my son and I tapped through to a core issue of his, which brought out the sibling rivalry in my daughter…she didn’t want to be outdone by her brother!  And guess what?  By the end of both sessions, both were feeling relief.
