Beggars Can’t Be Choosers (Video)
When I was a child, I was often told, “beggars can’t be choosers” if I didn’t like a present or the food that I was served. I learned that I had to accept everything given to me without saying anything that might offend the giver. If I disliked the food or gift and wanted something [...]

My father used to say “one awwwww sh*t erases ten atta boys”, meaning that for every ten nice or good things we do, one mistake will erase them all. Most of us were raised where we were considered “good children” if we are quiet and obedient to our parents, and if we were less than [...]

A Blueprint for World Peace – Magazine Article

In my EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) practice I have noticed that humans operate on one of three levels in life. We are either a victim, a victor, or we identify with the perfection of the present moment and the Oneness of all things. In the first two options, we are playing differing roles within the same game, living on two sides of the same coin. According to the book, “The Presence Process” by Michael Brown, the majority of our fear based reality is based on relating as either a victim or a victor. After being a victim, we can graduate to being a victor, and this mentality is what I would call setting “natural boundaries or limits”.
Tap Away Programmed Sexual Guilt

[Cent2Cent]
I have noticed a pattern with clients, something universal in their feelings about their sexuality, they struggle with societal based guilt. This guilt was passed down to them as children, and they now carry it along with them as adults. It gets in the way of their ability to enjoy the partner they are with, [...]
