Ben Wilson at www.one2onenutrition.co.uk made this insightful video about how he helped a woman overcome her fear of spiders. I am all for using EFT with phobias, but the video makes a great statement that EFT can sometimes only provide temporary gains.
I agree with this statement!
If you only tap on the surface issue, you will only get temporary results! Tap on the core beliefs and feelings, the ones that you received from your family and environment before you were 6 years old, and you will receive permanent results! Don’t know how to drill down? Find a coach or a partner, or watch the videos on this site, I explore drilling down on a regular basis.
